WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are normally shipped via First-Class USPS within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you placed your order on Friday, your order should be shipped on or before Wednesday. Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing slight delays in the book printing process. Please expect all books to ship to you within 7 businesss days (excluding weekends).
The shipping policy does not apply to services, pre-order items, special orders, or backordered items.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with your tracking information on the day the package is shipped. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans in your order. Please note that tracking numbers go into "pre-shipment" once scanned, and it will take at least 24 hours for your tracking number to update.

MY TRACKING STILL SAYS "PRE-SHIPMENT" AFTER 24 HOURS. NOW WHAT?
This does not mean that your order is lost. It is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days.
